GermX and Ridiculous Glasses

Avery

Avery is constantly asking questions, especially about germs.  - “If we dumped a bottle of GermX on the ground, who would win?  Would GermX defeat (kill all the germs) the dirt?”

For the past month, Avery includes the following in his bedtime prayer: “Please protect everybody on every planet”.  He has also given thanks specifically for Netflix.

He calls cursive “fancy writing”

After we changed Aileen’s diaper (for the second time in ten minutes before we leave for Avery’s preschool), I was going to help Avery tie his shoes.  He looked at me with a disgusted expression, “Uh, mom, are you going to wash your hands first?”

Aileen

Bounces and sways to music

Protests to anything or anyone limiting her mobility

Climbs on anything she can – highchair, coffee table, dining room chairs, etc…

Laughs at her mom when she wears sunglasses as if Aileen thinks mom looks ridiculous

She has started to take some steps on her own
