Bob-Bob Buram and Miss Alligator

Avery

Enjoys listening to the Trans Siberian Orchestra

“Do I need a dot and a whoop?” – when asking if he needed an apostrophe while writing

Wrote about a “Ninja Turkey” for a Thanksgiving themed writing lesson at school

He and Aileen ask to listen to “Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob-Bob Buram” (Beach Boys “Barbara Ann”)

Sings “Fleas Nobby Nock” to “Feliz Navidad”

Puts a sing on his door for Aileen that says “Leev Oepin” (leave open), even though she cannot read

Still enjoys hearing “Jingle Bell Rock” in January

Aileen

Found a pack of blank post-it notes and posted them all over a desk and chair

Found postage stamps, without any adults knowing, and decorated objects like they were stickers

Still small enough to fit in a laundry basket to where we can give her a “ride” around the house

She noticed the white streaks/streams left from a jet in the sky and exclaimed, “Look! Somebody draw on the sky!”

Likes to cuddle on our lap and watch old TV shows like "Lassie" and "Andy Griffith"

Calls cotton leotards her "sockpants"

Eats very slowly, and has been know to take 30 minutes or more to "enjoy" her breakfast cereal

Cannot pronounce her babysitter's name, Abigail.  So she ends up saying "Ailligator" instead
