Avery
Current favorite song is “Kokomo”, but mixes up the lyrics
when he sings it
Missing both of his front teeth. We had been helping him pronounce his “th”
sounds correctly before he lost both teeth.
However, we’ve had to relax on that since he can only make hissing
sounds at this point.
Really dislikes “buzanyah” (lasagna)
Avery wants to make money at our garage sale so that he can
save up enough money to buy a Wii U. He
gathered toys in his room to sell for a profit.
He also thought he could dress up in his ninja Halloween costume and
offer to pose for photos with people at the sale for a small fee of having
their picture taken with “a real ninja”.

Asks us to “open the friger peeees” = (open the refrigerator
please)
Likes for Avery to make her a “hideout” or a “comfy place”
out of pillows, blankets and sleeping bags
Leaves an oily residue on our faces after asking to kiss us
after eating a crumbly butter cookie, but we don’t have the heart to wipe it
off in front of her sweet face.
Aileen saw half the moon in the sky one morning and asked, “The
sun is stuck?”
