Early Smiles

Seeing some early smiles from our daughter is so refreshing to us.  A parent physically, mentally and emotionally puts in a lot of work caring for a newborn.  At times, there is not much feedback except for cries, diapers, etc...  Then, every once in a while, you see a precious smile that makes it all worth it!  Aileen first started flashing quick, one sided grins in her sleep.  Then, we occasionally see a half grin or even a full smile while she is awake.  Avery was a very happy baby and smiled a lot (and thankfully still does).  Aileen will have a totally different personality from her big brother, and we are excited to see how it unfolds.
